Named “Traditional Singer of the Year” (2017) by the CFMAs, Hannah Shira Naiman’s banjo- grounded songs dance the listener into the Appalachian mountains and eras back in time. This performance comes nearly three years after Hannah’s move to North Bay, Ontario from Toronto. Interspersed with old favourites, Hannah and special guests will perform new songs reflecting on themes of motherhood, isolation, hope and loss. This show marks the end of a period of intensive songwriting, and the beginnings of a new album.
